SMS consent is collected exclusively through a standalone opt-in form at beaconedge.ai/sms-opt-in. This form is completely independent of any reservation, booking, or service transaction. Providing your phone number to a restaurant does not constitute consent to receive SMS messages.
You are never required to consent to SMS in order to make a reservation, join a waitlist, or use any Helm-powered service. Consent is always collected independently through the opt-in form before any messages are sent.
